Vieira and The Silvers Headline Show at The Waterfront Studio, Norwich   Rock'n'Roll Brothers and Sisters, Rock'n'Roll! Friday 12 th  June 2026 It’s been a while since I saw Diogo Vieira take on a crowd, toss and hurl them around a venue, wipe the floor with them, then put them all through the rock’n’roll mangle to complete the job.     That was when Vieira and The Silvers blew away the Red Rooster Festival from the main stage in June 2024.     Sadly, Red Rooster has had to pack up the big tent for good, but a lot further down the A11, Vieira and his band have continued to blaze a trail on stages round London and south, reinforcing their reputation as one of the most exciting live bands in the land.   The Silvers have always existed with a fluid line up, with Vieira working with various combinations, adding, then taking out, then adding a saxophone, a duo of backing singers, then a trio, then none, more guitars, fewer guitars and a changing cast. ...

Vieira and The Silvers -  Live at Red Rooster 2024 Main Stage, 1st June 2024 Saturday, 1 st  June, is day three of the tenth Red Rooster Festival .  The relentless cool breeze has blown in some dry weather and there are people, kids mostly, leaping off the springboard into the Black Bourn that runs through the grounds of Euston Hall.   The woodland ringing the big top holding the main stage, is filled with picnic chairs and tables, beer coolers and the well-insulated festival goers, enjoying life outside without being rained on.  There are a lot of Red Rooster regulars there.  They seem relaxed and easy-going.  The music an essential part of their picnic dining, BBQing, summer cruising and boozing existence. Red  Rooster 2024 Weather Ain't Nothing to Crow About I woke up last night Cursing the rain Wind howling through my curtains  Temperature down Weatherman looked happy He'll have plenty to say No two hours the same Let alone three days I'll be heading there soon Got my tent and waterproofs Heading to Thetford With my Wellington boots ~ Yep, Red Rooster '24 , The UK's biggest and best blues and Americana festival, held in the grounds of Euston Hall , Suffolk, near Thetford.  The festival runs from this evening, 30th May through to the night of 1st June, 2024 . Some of the big name artists and bands performing include, William Bell , Asleep At The Wheel , Robert Finlay , North Mississippi Allstars and Muireann Bailey and the beautifully bizarre,  Bob Log III .  William Bell, is a huge catch for this year's festival.
